Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team at Blasius New Britain. Our dealership consistently stocks 130 units for sale and our handson management team works to ensure your success. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Our Automotive Group has 12 stores located across Connecticut and Massachusetts. As a familyowned and operated automotive group we take pride in cultivating a positive and communityoriented work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
As a Sales Associate at Blasius Auto Centers you will receive a base salary plus commission depending on performance. Your benefits will include competitive health life and disability insurance packages a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with existing and potential customers while maintaining a high level of customer service
Guide customers through the entire carbuying process including explaining different models features and financing options
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales quotas
Stay up to date with product information inventory updates and pricing plans
Organize vehicles to be displayed to maximize product and brand presentation
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven track record in sales
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the auto industry
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Valid drivers license
