Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified NursingAssistant (CNA) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in BrooklynNY!

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
- Ensure all residentsare comfortable
- Assist residents withactivities of daily living (food service personal care bowel and bladderfunctions etc.
- Measure and recordvitals routinely
- Observe and report thewellbeing of residents
- Provide assistancewith Range of Motion exercises and ambulation
- Establish healthycommunication with nursing personnel and other department personnel
- Perform restorativeand rehabilitative procedures as instructed
- Assist with thelifting moving positioning and transporting of residents
- Check review andabide by resident care plans
- Follow workassignments and schedules in completing tasks
- Create and maintain anatmosphere of warmth personal interest and positivity
- Remain prepared to doany services and assignments within the scope of practice of a CNA
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license
- Exceptional communication customer service andinterpersonal skills
- COVID19 Vaccination
Preferred
- Previous experience inlongterm care
- Previous experiencewith Point Click Care
