About the Department

Account Executives Business Development Representatives Partners Solution Engineers Customer Success Professional Services and Sales Operations all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internetenabled experiences.

The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

About the Role

As a Cloudflare Sales Manager you will lead a team of Account Executives driving market share growth among ChinatoGlobal enterprise companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to attract hire and develop topperforming Account Executives ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and contributes to Cloudflares broader business objectives.

Success in this role requires crossfunctional collaboration the ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities and strong internal advocacy to support the teams needs. You will work closely with multiple departments to maintain high sales performance achieve budget expectations and drive sustained revenue growth.

The Senior Sales Manager Enterprise (ChinatoGlobal) will report to the Area Vice President Greater China.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets Lead the team to meet or surpass quarterly and annual new ACV retention targets and other growth objectives.
  • Market Expertise Deeply understand the ChinatoGlobal enterprise segment with a focus on digitalnative giants and global manufacturers expanding internationally.
  • Strategic Influence Advocate for product and infrastructure improvements based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of Account Executives (AEs) fostering a resultsdriven culture.
  • Deal & Pipeline Management Provide strategic guidance on complex deal structures contract negotiations and long sales cycles in the enterprise space.
  • Sales Process Optimization Continuously refine sales processes improve forecasting accuracy and enhance pipeline efficiency.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing Business Development Representatives Partners Solution Engineers Customer Success Professional Services Product Infrastructure and Legal teams to drive alignment and support largescale enterprise deals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development Partner with Recruiting team to attract hire and retain toptier enterprise sales talent.

Requirements

  • 5 Years of Team Management Experience Experience in hiring coaching and managing a team of quotacarrying enterprise sales professionals.
  • Proven Sales Leadership Demonstrated success as a Sales Director or Sales Manager with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving team performance.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise Handson experience managing complex highvalue enterprise deals particularly within digitalnative giants and global manufacturers.
  • Exceptional Communication Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to develop and present ideas to Clevel executives and key stakeholders.
  • SaaS & Cloud Technology Knowledge Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process enterprise buying cycles and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English to effectively engage with global stakeholders.
  • Educational Background A Masters degree in Engineering (not a must) or a related field is a plus.
