What to expect.
The Service Desk Analyst I is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer support and timely resolution of service issues raised by end users across Sheppard Pratt. Service issues include but are not limited to incidents related to Microsoft Office Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems laptop/desktop hardware issues Virtual Private Network (VPN) access and remote / virtual desktop.
