The Opportunity
Our client isrecruiting for a IT Apprentice to join their team in Leicester
The Level 3Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship programme that we areoffering will allow you to kickstart your career in an industry thatis constantly evolving dynamic and transformational.

The Position

Level 3 Information Communication Technician
Apprenticeship Duration:
15 Months plus EPA
Location:
Leicester LE9
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9 to 5
Salary:
14000 to 16000 per annum
Role and Responsibilities:
Supporting customers with daytoday IT queries (inperson over the phone and by email)
Assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting
Helping set up new devices networks and systems
Learning how to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Developing strong communication and problemsolving skills
Desired Qualities Skills and Knowledge
A genuine interest in IT and technology
Great communication skills and a friendly helpful attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
A proactive approach and good attention to detail
No formal experience required just enthusiasm and a willingness to develop
Driving license and access to own car
