Lead Business Analyst
Weybridge 2 day per week hybrid working
Up to 65000
We are looking for aLead Business Analystto join a client of ours based out of Weybridge on a permanent basis.
My client a leading SaaS provider within the logistics space is looking for the Lead BA to come on board and be responsible for understanding the business goals and assist with the delivery of projects to support achieving these goals.
You will set and meet the expectations of their client base and lead the business analysis on large projects. You will feel comfortable with leading the business analysis and leading teams of BAs.
Other key responsibilities:
- Provide Project Support
- High level analysis of backlog and change requests
- Review work produced by BAs
- Lead scoping activities and discovery phases
- Communicate complex topics and build trusted relationships
- Drive the adoption of best practices
Key skills to be successful in this role:
- Experience within a leadership role
- Strong business analysis experience on larger projects and programmes
- Experience working with APIs and API integration
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience working in an Agile environment and following the SCRUM framework
- Facilitation and requirement analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience with acceptance criteria logistics industry Swagger are all highly desired.
