Hire Resolves client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Programmer (Project Planner/Scheduler) to join a dynamic project team. This role is responsible for the development maintenance and management of detailed construction project schedules. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in scheduling tools and methodologies to support ontime withinbudget project delivery while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Project Scheduling & Development
Create and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 CCS Candy and MS Project
Define and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Align schedules with contractual milestones and project deliverables
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Update schedules based on site progress data (weekly/monthly)
Conduct critical path and float analysis
Generate progress reports dashboards and Earned Value Analysis (EVA)
Recommend corrective actions for delays and variances
Resource & Cost Management
Integrate schedules with budget forecasts and costcontrol mechanisms
Forecast manpower and manage resource leveling
Coordinate with CCS BuildSmart for schedule and cost system integration
Claims Delays & Risk Analysis
Perform forensic delay analyses and support dispute resolution
Identify and assess timeimpact events and schedulerelated risks
Assist in preparing and substantiating EOT (Extension of Time) claims
Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance
Collaborate with internal teams clients and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
Ensure compliance with FIDIC NEC and GCC contract requirements
Mentor junior planners and support team training initiatives
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years experience in project scheduling within the construction sector
Proficiency in Primavera P6 CCS Candy MS Project and ITIS
Strong understanding of FIDIC NEC and GCC contracts
Proven experience with delay analysis EOT claims and risk management
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Reports to: Project Manager and Commercial Director
Accuracy and timeliness of scheduling deliverables
Effective progress tracking and schedule risk mitigation
Contractual compliance and claim support effectiveness
Strong collaboration across stakeholders and departments
Ensure all work aligns with health safety and environmental regulations
Uphold ethical practices in scheduling and project planning
