Job Description
Job Summary:
Ilderton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Product Specialist to join our sales team in High Point North Carolina. As a product specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our vehicles to potential buyers. This is a fulltime individual contributor role in the auto industry with a salarybased compensation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers as they arrive on the lot to initiate the sales process.
Help customers find a vehicle that fits their needs using uptodate inventory information.
Improve the sales experience by showcasing the vehicles features on the lot.
Aid customers in completing their sales applications.
Support management in boosting sales by conducting daily inspections of the lots vehicles and reporting any issues.
Ensure the lot is properly merchandised to optimize sales.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of all products features and accessories.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships.
Attend training sessions and workshops provided by the dealership or manufacturers to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive technology and features.
Proficiency in computer skills for managing customer information and completing sales transactions.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
