Your Role as a Finance & Insurance Pro:
Youll drive success by ensuring toptier customer satisfaction and delivering seamless financial solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Building customer trust by explainingaftermarket productsandextended warrantiesin a clear professional manner.
- Developing and maintaining relationships withfinance sourcesto secure the best deals.
- Handling allfederal state and dealer paperworkwith accuracy.
- Guiding customers throughmanufacturer and dealership policiesfor a stressfree experience.
- Creating a salesdriven performanceoriented environment while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 35 years in F&I at an automotive dealership. We will teach the right candidate!
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Exceptional communication customer service and professionalism.
- Drive: Selfmotivated with a cando attitude and ability to excel in a fastpaced environment.
- Licenses: Valid drivers and sales licenses required.
