Position: Quality ControlTechnician
Hours: Fulltime Location: Flower Mound Texas

Overall Requirements:
The Dallas Quality Department is looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician to enable the Operations team to deliver quality service to our customers and maintain our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Operations to provide guidance with respect to product quality issues
- Align with the Engineering Department to provide quality input with respect to NPI initiatives
- Performs spot inspections on various electronic systems
- Responsible for monitoring incoming inline and preship quality results
- Coordinates calibration and ESD complianceprogram
- Makes recommendations to improve and develop Quality System processes
- Helps determine relevant quality associated training requirements
- Assist with provision of Quality metrics against defined parameters
- Activation and tracking of product nonconformities 8Ds corrective actions and internal audit finding outcomes on the company Quality system
- Work with Quality Team to complete annual quality internal and external audit process
- Participate in annual Management Review and external audit process
Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a quality control in a manufacturing organization
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings utilizing GD&T
- Experience in ISO 9001 environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning skills and ability to independently manage multiple work activities in order to meet established deadlines and priorities.
- Selfstarter and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of MS Office Excel and Word
Bonus if you have the following experience
- Internal ISO Auditor Qualification and/or Certification
- Experienced with IPC610/IPC 620
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen Training considered is an asset
- ITAR clearance
