Finance Lead Workplace Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 810 years of experience in financial management a strong understanding of financial principles and a proven track record in budgeting financial reporting analysis and compliance. This role will require expertise in financial systems and tools including proficiency in MS Office and financerelated software.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets for the company.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends opportunities for costsaving and areas for growth.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and projections to guide management decisions.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial performance analysis identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepare reports for senior management and external stakeholders ensuring clarity and precision in financial communications.

Financial Operations and Control:

• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure payroll processing and tax compliance are carried out accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Implement and enforce financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Ensure the companys financial operations comply with all relevant accounting standards tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and standards ensuring the organization remains compliant.

Specific Examples of Tasks:

• Record and monitor financial transactions on accounting systems.
• Prepare and present detailed financial forecasts and budget reports.
• Manage payroll process invoices handle expenses and oversee VAT compliance.
• Resolve queries related to payments from external contractors and vendors.
• Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and present monthend financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Qualifications :

• Education: B / M / CA or equivalent.
• Experience: 810 years of relevant experience in financial management budgeting reporting and analysis.
