Job Description

We are therefore looking to add a dynamic enthusiastic and talented individual to our team to help us achieve best practice in compliance and risk management.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detailoriented Fleet Administrator to oversee the daytoday operations of our vehicle fleet. The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management maintenance and compliance of all company vehicles. This role requires excellent administrative skills a strong understanding of fleet operations and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
Location: Eccles Manchester
Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday Friday)
Salary:
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle usage mileage and fuel consumption to optimise efficiency.
- Schedule and track routine maintenance inspections and repairs for all vehicles.
- Liaise with service providers and internal workshops to ensure costeffective and timely servicing.
- Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance costs and review where necessary.
- Ensure vehicle and driver compliance.
- Maintain uptodate documentation for licenses inspections and workshop accreditations.
- Manage insurance claims and accident reports when needed.
- Process invoices purchase orders and any reports relating to fleet operations.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Experience: Proven experience in fleet administration or a similar role would be advantageous
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Focused with a commitment to service excellence.
