Job Description
The SMILE Lab located in UNCs School of Data Science and Society SDSS invites applications for a fulltime summer research internship 40 hours per week) focused on computational imaging and deep learning. We are seeking a highly motivated graduate or senior undergraduate student with a strong computational background to join our multidisciplinary and highly collaborative team. This internship offers an opportunity to engage in innovative machine learning research addressing computational imaging challenges in medicine energy geoscience and beyond.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Experience working with realworld computational imaging measurements is preferred. A demonstrated ability to innovate independently while also collaborating effectively in team settings is also preferred.
