You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Graduate. In this role you will work closely with the CX Manager with a particular focus on enhancing the experiences of both our installers and consumers. You will be responsible for tracking analysing and identifying key trends in customer feedback across various touchpoints.
Your main duties will include maintaining a central overview of all improvement actions ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and actively participating in multiple monthly CX Clinics with customerfacing departments. You will collaborate with internal departments to enhance Customer Journeys identifying and eliminating pain points to improve overall satisfaction.
Additionally you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Customer Journey Mapping Workshops.
