CGI is seeking experienced and driven Schedulers to support NASAs missioncritical initiatives through the CPSS contract. Join our team and contribute to cuttingedge space exploration projects shaping the future of human discovery. Youll play a pivotal role in project planning integration and for programs that define innovation and collaboration. With a hybrid working model and an opportunity to work onsite in Huntsville AL this position offers flexibility and purpose.
Collaborate with the project manager to provide scheduling inputs integration and documentation across the Program Office.
Develop comprehensive program/project schedules using MS Project including logic development WBS evaluation and dictionary creation.
Facilitate schedule integration across NASA Gateway Program teams and external stakeholders preparing presentations for MSFC and NASA HQ management.
Conduct whatif scenario analysis risk mitigation planning and resource projections to support project objectives.
Analyze budget and resource requirements to ensure compatibility with cost and schedule metrics.
Maintain and update project IMS and other critical schedules including the creation of onepage management summaries.
Provide 30 and 60day deliverable lookahead schedules and participate in project performance assessments.
Perform probabilistic schedule risk analysis schedule health analysis and validate data integrity.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
17 years of applicable experience 12 years in Aerospace/Research and Development projects).
Proven expertise in probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis.
Proficiency with schedule risk tools such as Full Monte Acumen Fuse and Milestones Professional.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Extensive experience using commercial scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Strong understanding of EIA748 earned value management (EVM) principles
