Qualifications :

• A sizzling track record as a Commis Chef or similar role (we want to see those kitchen battle scars!
• A flavour encyclopaedia in your brain knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines is a must
• A superherolevel understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (because nobody likes kryptonite in their soup)
• The ability to thrive in our kitchen pressure cooker fastpaced and highheat environments are your jam
• Eagle eyes for detail and organisational skills sharper than your favourite chefs knife
• Communication skills so smooth you could sell ice to polar bears (teamwork makes the dream work!
• A natural alignment with BaxterStoreys core values (like cheese on macaroni we just belong together)
