This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 29th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Global Real Estate and Facilities Workspace Solutions Team supports the Culver City studio lot and its population by maintaining the lots buildings and infrastructure and providing office space and associated services (e.g. design services) for the companys business units. The department also manages and maintains offlot properties both locally and globally designs manages and executes construction projects on the lot.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilities Workspace Solutions Intern Summer 2025
The department will be launching an evaluation of our studio lot buildings to assess the condition of architectural elements and building systems. The intern will work closely with the project manager and both the Facilities Workspace Solutions team as well as our Facilities and Backlot Operations team to identify and document existing conditions as well as establish a scheduled cadence for maintenance refresh replacement and/or necessary upgrades of space and equipment.
