Job Description
A health and wellness brand is seeking an Product Launch & Listing Specialist to join their growing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the product catalog across various ecommerce platforms to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Responsibilities Include:
Product Catalog Management:
Oversee the product catalog across ecommerce platforms ensuring all listings are accurate uptodate and optimized for search and sales.
Update and manage product details including descriptions images pricing and specifications.
Data Entry & Quality Control:
Ensure that product information is entered correctly and maintain high data quality standards.
Regularly review and update product listings to reflect any changes in inventory pricing or product features.
Collaboration & CrossDepartment Communication:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product catalog aligns with promotional campaigns and sales goals.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address productrelated inquiries and resolve issues.
Ecommerce Strategy Support:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.
Monitor catalog performance and provide insights to improve the product listing process.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in ecommerce product catalog management or related roles.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online retail best practices.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce tools (Shopify Magento etc. is a plus.
