Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Warehouse & Logistic Specialist to support the logistics operations of our luxury train services. Reporting to the Logistic Manager this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods accurate stock management and timely provisioning of our trains.
Key Responsibilities
Receive check and organize incoming goods and supplies.
Prepare and dispatch goods for train provisioning and other destinations.
Support the daily operations of the central warehouse ensuring cleanliness order and efficiency.
Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.
Collaborate with the logistics team to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
Assist in the coordination of laundry returns and supplies.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Operate handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks forklifts) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role ideally in the hospitality luxury or railway industry.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or stock control processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks.
- A proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
- Basic English required; Italian is mandatory.
- Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship.
