- Greets guests with a smile and eye contact and introduces oneself
- Polishes silverware and glassware
- Removes plates dishes silverware and condiments as guests finish. Keeps table free of empty and unneeded items
- Maintains the cleanliness sanitation and organization of the restaurant
- Pours waters and refills beverages as needed
- Assists with keeping tabs on both guests and the kitchen in order to communicate delays
- Assists Servers in carrying out trays of food and serving meals to guests
- Promptly clears and resets tables as guests leave
- Complies with all health safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Create and foster an environment of teamwork by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought
- Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time
- Able to communicate Europa Villages story
- Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean pressed uniform and appropriate shoes
- Adheres to Europa Villages policies and procedures
- Is hospitable welcoming and exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary
- Must be available to work nights weekends and holidays
