We get it you may not have worked in a mine site environment before and you may not know what to expect. Thats okay! We will support you every step of the way. We just need your management experience and strong communication skills and your drive to succeed.
What will your day look like
- Liaising with clients to achieve their labour hire needs
- Front line management of employees including leave and shift coverage management
- Maintaining regular presence on site
- Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new starters
- Conducting health and safety activities
In simple terms as a Site Manager no two days will be the same! Yes its a fastpaced environment but guess what We really like to have fun and celebrate success.
