Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working closely with the Portfolio Talent & Culture Business Partner you will provide administrative support meeting the operational needs of the Hotels aligning with Accor Talent & Culture Strategies and policies.
- Coordinating onboarding of new employees and maintaining ongoing support to our employees.
- Maintain Talent & Culture Systems including Staff files learning systems and Tracking.
- Guest Experience component.
Qualifications :
About You:
- Selfdriven curious with a strong desire to learn.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience within the Hospitality industry desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite including excel and canva desirable.
- Work Your Way with flexible work arrangements available including location.
