Job Description
The HR Generalist I assists in various Human Resources functions including recruiting onboarding training benefits and employee relations efforts. This role involves coordinating benefit and compensation programs maintaining compliance with employment regulations and ensuring accurate and confidential recordkeeping. The HR Generalist I also supports licensing and orientation while acting as a liaison between employees and federal/state agencies. Providing exceptional customer service this role ensures effective communication of company policies and procedures.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to stand stoops bend reach and walk. Ability to lift 10 lbs. Ability to understand and communicate both verbally and written in English. Ability to follow directions. Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required. Other duties as assigned.
