Job Description
Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Manager for Import Brandwill be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department ensuring highquality service delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the service department
- Supervise service advisors and technicians
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service orders
- Develop and implement service strategies to drive customer retention
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service management is mandatory
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of import brand vehicles
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge is a plus
