Deerfoot Recruitment is assisting a leading organisation in their search for an Intermediate Web Developer to join their highly skilled and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the best developers in London contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of corporate and information service websites.
This role offers the chance to work in a creative and autonomous environment where youll collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to deliver exceptional web experiences. If youre passionate about writing clean secure and welltested code this could be the perfect role for you.
What Youll Do
- Maintain and develop new features for corporate and information service websites.
- Collaborate with designers to create responsive accessible web applications with outstanding usability.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure highquality code.
- Optimise website performance improve SEO and support multiregion functionality.
- Develop userfriendly Content Management Systems (CMS) for distributed authors.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in JavaScript development (vanilla or frameworks like React Angular Vue).
- At least 3 years experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP
- Experience with content management systems (ideally WordPress).
- Familiarity with design patterns PHP inheritance and related technologies (e.g. Sass/Less AJAX JSON).
- Experience with Git version control.
- NicetoHave Skills: Experience with Gutenberg Blocks Node task runners TDD environments or working in Agile teams is a plus.
