Now Hiring: Hotel Housekeeper for Lookout Valley

Job Requirements:
- Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning tasks in all guest areas including rooms bathrooms and common spaces.
- Professional Service: Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service to guests and colleagues.
- Standard Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping departmental standards are followed diligently.
- Guest Requests: Respond timely to guests special requests such as cribs cots extra towels etc.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of necessary cleaning and room supplies ordering replacements as needed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any necessary maintenance items to the maintenance department for prompt resolution.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all departmental policies procedures safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed including assisting other departments during peak times.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and problemsolving abilities to resolve guest issues amicably.
- Reliability: Highly responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team contributing to a positive workplace culture.
We provide full training and support a positive work environment. Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
