Are you a strategic and visionary financial leader looking to drive growth in a dynamic multistate organization Join our large home care agency operating across five states and 12 lines of business. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide us through financial transformation and oversee all fiscal functions with precision leadership and innovation.

As CFO you will report directly to the CEO and manage a team of seven talented professionals across various financial disciplines. You will be instrumental in building a robust financial strategy creating accurate budgets leading forecasting efforts and ensuring compliance with multistate regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a financial team including FP&A accounting accounts payable and finance directors.

Lead and enhance processes for budgeting forecasting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Develop cost reports and manage multistate regulatory compliance specific to fiscal policies.

Provide strategic insights to the CEO to drive business decisions and growth.

Strengthen team capabilities through leadership mentorship and process improvements.

Serve as a key partner to the executive team to support organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a CFO or equivalent role in home care healthcare or a similarly regulated industry.

Strong track record in managing financial operations across multiple states.

Expertise in budgeting forecasting cost reporting and regulatory compliance.

A leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for building highperforming teams.
