Visa CEMEA Sourcing has an opportunity for an ambitious selfstarting resultsdriven and customer oriented processes and technology expert to join CEMEA Sourcings Procurement Operations team. Role Accountability

The criticality of the role is understanding technology the value of reporting and the ability to improve implemented S2P processes. The role holder is accountable for supporting the delivery of the Procurement Operations strategy Ariba knowledge management and the overall of the strategy which includes delivering reporting analytics and progress tracking. It would be a benefit to have procurement tool experience (particularly knowledge of Ariba) experience in deployment and leading continuous improvements in close partnership with the Global Sourcing and Financial Systems Services (FSS) team and the business.

People Management

  • Task and activity planning to ensure service consistency and resource deployment in our Shared Service Centre.
  • Develop and train talent in our Shared Service Centre.

Strategic & Operational delivery

  • Strategic Plans: Support definition and delivery of shortterm plans of Procurement Operations strategy
  • Process Improvements: Support global S2P processes improvements automation and digitalisation
  • Deployment of processes & systems enhancements: Actively lead and support the implementation of new enhanced processes and potential integrations managing change effectively to ensure that new ways of working are rolledout documented and embedded successfully with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Alternative buying channels: Lead buying channels data review and implement leading practice of alternative buying channels and monitor their utilisation and success
  • Assume ownership of SAP Ariba Guided Buying content and Buying Channel strategy and operationalization from planning to
  • Knowledge sharing: Act as an SME share experiences as a process system lead and functional expert in SAP Ariba
  • Demand planning: Coordinate facilitate and lead planning of business demand on sourcing. Build sourcing projects pipeline in collaboration with Category teams and Finance Business Partners utilizing budgets and additional data insights. 

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and deliver reporting formats and metrics which drive better business decision making and enable business function and local markets strategic planning
  • Excellent data storytelling skills while presenting the data in PowerPoint to the leadership team
  • Custodian for data standards within Sourcing CEMEA collaborating with other regional and global teams to ensure data quality and integrity

This role offers a great opportunity to engage with various businesses across the organization and leaders and specialists within the Global Sourcing community and to drive significant enhancements of the processes and technology critical for Visa CEMEA business and Sourcing team future.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 or more of the time based on business needs.
