You must have worked for the OEM/Vendor sell side in your Spotlight examples 35 year tenure per company rather than the buy side client brand.
Our client of many years is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Director to spearhead retail expansion and drive sales performance. This is a highimpact role where youll hire and lead a talented sales team of representatives and account managers to forge strong vendor relationships and leverage datadriven insights to optimize your retail presence in the USA for this less than 10 year old now global brand.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire: Build develop and mentor a highperforming retail sales account management team.
- Expand our reach: Develop and execute a strategic door expansion plan identifying new retail opportunities and maximizing market penetration.
- Build strong partnerships: Cultivate collaborative relationships with key vendors ensuring seamless communication and joint business planning.
- Analyze and optimize: Leverage SKUlevel data and TURF analysis to drive inventory efficiency and maximize sales performance.
