Things youll do in this role:
Be a big part of a small 3 people today) design team playing both an individual contributor and a manager role reporting to the Chief Technology Officer who leads product design and engineering.
Design a complex product that speeds up the process of robustly quantifying the amount of carbon removal that has occurred and supporting auditors working with Isometric to be as effective as possible in conducting verifications at a pace 1020x faster than the industry norm.
Leverage ownership over all parts of design at a company: from product design branding and design culture to swag sales decks and social media.

Exceptional design taste and willingness to be different in order to build a lasting brand that stands out.
Proactive ownership pragmatism and desire to get stuck into whatever is required to move the company forward.
A design swiss army knife: were a small team and cant afford specialists right now.
This role isnt for you if:
You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. Were in the office three days per week.
