Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance business
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients understanding their specific insurance needs and providing them with suitable coverage options.
- Analyze and assess clients current insurance policies and recommend appropriate adjustments or enhancements.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms conditions and pricing to ensure the best possible coverage for clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends market conditions and insurance products to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed production targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products coverages and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in analyzing risk exposures and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations compliance and market trends.
- Active insurance producer license in the relevant state.
