The Utility Worker washes and sanitizes all dishes pots and pans and food preparation equipment and empties kitchen trash. Maintains all equipment walls and floors in a clean and sanitary condition. Essential Duties:
- Must be flexible to work on weekends
- Washes and sanitizes all dishes pots and pans food carts and food preparation equipment.
- Empties kitchen trash and sanities containers as needed.
- Sweeps mops and foams kitchen floors.
- Maintains cleanliness of all walls in kitchen and serving areas.
- Transports food carts to satellite dining rooms throughout the facility.
- Does regular cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment including oven and ranges.
- Assist in setting up buffets and special functions events.
- Early Morning meet the driver
- Rotate stock first in first out
- Label all new stock items
- Working in temperature changes freezer refrigerator and dry storage areas
