Job Description
Organizational skills and experience with ortho surgeons and hospitals are essential. Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room.
Promote trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Meet sales targets assist existing customers and build new accounts.
Requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Organizational skills
- Drivers license and own transportation is essential
- Willing to work on call hours sometimes outside of working hours
- Identify target surgeons and plan strategy
- Collaborate with sales teams
- Follow up with customers
- Assist in theatre as needed
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Perform field calls and presentations
- Crosssell products
- Implement sales plans
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide forecasts and market research
- Maintain compliance
- Resolve account issues
- Stay current on industry trends
- Participate in sales meetings
