Are you passionate about Information Technology and eager to apply your technical skills in a realworld setting Were looking for aWorking Student IT Support Technician to join our IT Operations team. Youll help ensure everything runs smoothlyfrom hardware and applications to network and AV systemsfor both local and remote teams.
Team Mission

You will:
- Manage our IT Helpdesk and resolve firstlevel support tickets
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with AV setups and live event support
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base entries
- Organize and maintain IT inventory and storage
- Share knowledge and suggest improvements to enhance the IT experience
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science IT or related fields (with at least 1 year remaining)
- A fast learner with a structured solutionfocused mindset
- Excellent communicatorable to explain tech to nontech users
- Calm under pressure reliable and organized
- Passion for continuous improvement and trying out new ideas
- Fluent in English (our working language)
