Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Investor Relations Intern to join our team. As an intern you will support the daily operations of the Investor Relations team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with preparing financial reports maintaining investor databases and coordinating communication with investors and other stakeholders. This role offers handson experience in financial analysis and strategic communication providing a valuable opportunity to learn about investor relations and corporate finance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations
- Maintain and update investor databases ensuring all contact information is uptodate
- Support the implementation of a new investor management platform
- Support the coordination of investor meetings and events
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist in drafting communication materials for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to prepare quarterly earnings materials
- Provide administrative support as needed
- All Other Duties Assigned
Must hold a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation for travel to and from work as well as running errands.
