Job Description
SCHEDULE: MORNING DAYS NIGHTS AND/OR WEEKENDS. (closed on Sundays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers via text phone calls and emails regarding new and used vehicle sales inquiries.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely plus ongoing follow up assistance as required and needed.
- Secure appointments for customers to come into the dealership and meet in person with a Subaru sales associate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive energy
- Eager to learn
- Great customer service and followup skills (must be nice pleasant friendly and helpful)
- Team player
- Organized
- SelfMotivated
- Basic computer/internet skills
- Dependable
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCE:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Polish
