The College of Business has a growing and robust undergraduate business program with majors in accounting business economics entrepreneurship health care administration sport management and business administration with various specializations including certified financial planning and supply chain management. Our MBA program also includes a specialization in accounting. Additionally the College of Business hosts the Misericordia University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic to provide representation services and education to taxpayers in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching oncampus undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as accounting auditing tax and business financial management as well as advanced courses in accounting and finance in the MBA program.
Qualified applicants will have a masters degree in accounting or business (with a focus in accounting/finance) with a terminal degree or current pursuit of doctoral studies preferred and have teaching experience in accounting and/or finance. Professional experience in the field is required and industry certifications are highly desired (CPA CFP).
