Job Summary
We are hiring a freelance Senior Producer to cover a 6month maternity leave. In this leadership role youll manage a high volume of photo and video productions from start to finish. Youll collaborate closely with our internal team and freelancers serve as the clientfacing lead and ensure projects run smoothly on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
Lead production for advertising editorial and branded content shoots
Own timelines budgets call sheets and all production logistics
Coordinate with crew including photographers stylists HMU assistants and freelancers
Serve as the primary client contact during production
Negotiate rates with vendors and freelance talent
Reconcile shootrelated expenses and manage wrap processes
Collaborate with Slates internal producers and Creative Director
Qualifications
5 years experience producing highend photo and/or motion shoots
Strong client communication and team leadership skills
Proven experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor rates
Able to handle multiple overlapping productions
Familiarity with production tools like Salesforce QuickBooks Online Google Workspace Airtable and Asana
NYCbased or available for inperson production days preferred
Compensation
Rate is commensurate with experience.
