Position Overview Paid Media Associate: Were seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Paid Media Associate to support the planning optimization and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. The role is critical in delivering measurable results and maximizing ROI for our clients across platforms such as Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn TikTok and programmatic display. This position is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing experienced in managing paid campaigns and eager to grow in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Strategy & :
Assist in the planning launch and daytoday management of multichannel paid media campaigns (Search Social Display Programmatic)
Set up campaigns including audience targeting keyword strategy ad copy creation creative coordination and budget management.
Execute meticulous QA and ad trafficking processes to ensure flawless campaign launches.
Conduct market research to support audience insights and competitive analysis.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Monitor performance across all channels and use analytics tools (Google Analytics Google Tag Manager platform insights etc) to track KPIs.
Analyze performance by channel keyword creative landing page and audience to improve outcomes and achieve client KPIs.
Assist in campaign reports and provide datadriven insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with account management design and content teams to align campaign strategy with business objectives and creative assets.
Ensure Campaign tagging naming conventions and tracking are consistent and brandsafe.
Stay current with platform updates emerging tools and industry best practices.
Job Requirements & Key Competencies:
Bachelors degree in Business Advertising Marketing Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in digital marketing advertising or media planning (agency or inhouse).
Handson experience with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads; TikTok Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads is a plus.
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs campaign optimization and digital media strategies.
Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4 Google TagManager Google Data Studio).
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and client relationships in a fastpaced environment.
Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
