Job Title:SeniorFinancial Analyst

Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivatedSeniorFinancial Analyst to join our teamin our corporate office in Newtown Square.Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer theSeniorFinancial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our rapid growth by providing insightful financial analysis building Boardlevel materials anddrivingforecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
- Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections.
- BoardLevel Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive and insightful financial reports metrics and presentations for Board meetings.
- Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Identify trends risks and opportunities to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer senior leadership and the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.
- Communicate financial insights to nonfinancial stakeholders in an accessible manner.
- Professional Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices.
- Continuously improve financial analysis processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 25 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Previous experience in private equity or investment banking is advantageous.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university with a focus on finance accounting or a related field.
- MBA in finance desired but not required.
- Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Career Growth Potential:
- The ideal candidate should have the potential to grow into aVP of Financial Planningrolewithin Companyor a SeniorAssociate/Vice Presidentposition within one of our private equity firms.
