Job Description
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Answer and manage dealership group phone lines
- Greet and assist customers in person directing them to the appropriate department
- Notify the relevant team member when a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and other internal teams
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in communications with callers and visitors
- Balance cash drawer accurately
- Experience with a 10key adding machine is a plus
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a positive outgoing personality
- Punctual and adaptable with the ability to manage a flexible schedule in a dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eagerness to continually improve
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Pay: $16/hour
