Job Description
The Service Manager atMcSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department ensuring customer satisfaction managing staff and driving profitability by coordinating repairs scheduling appointments and resolving issues
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the service department.
- Oversee scheduling and workflow of service technicians.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of service repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Lead mentor and develop the service team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranties and policies
- Manage and control costs working closely with Sales and Parts department
- Establish and maintain relationship with factory representatives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in amanagerial role in an automotive service department.
- Experience with GM/Chevy & CDJR brands a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive service repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain safe work environment
