Job Description
Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining backend systems using Java EE framework and other modern technologies.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop scalable and highperformance applications. This role is ideal for professionals looking to take their technical expertise to the next level in an innovative and fastpaced environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop maintain and optimize backend services and applications using Java EE.
Design and implement scalable SQL databases and ensure efficient query performance.
Write clean efficient and wellstructured code while following code styling best practices.
Implement caching mechanisms to enhance system performance and scalability.
Collaborate with frontend developers DevOps engineers and other stakeholders to deliver highquality software solutions.
Perform unit testing using JUnit and ensure proper integration testing for all features.
Participate in code reviews ensuring adherence to best coding practices and maintainability.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
Continuously improve software development processes and propose innovative solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in backend development with Java EE framework (minimum 4 years for Midlevel 5 years for Seniorlevel roles).
Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL or other relational databases) and ability to write efficient queries.
Proficiency in Java backend development including multithreading exception handling and data structures.
Solid understanding of code styling best practices ensuring readability and maintainability.
Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
