Job Description

Open Until filled

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To effect the efficient operation of office routines and practices associated

with a busy productive and smoothly run office so it can play its effective

part in the education process.

SALARY:

Salary will be based on minimum for pay grade plus years of related experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education/Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent

College and computer classes helpful

Proof of typing>40 WPM

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Have excellent typing speed and accuracy

Computer and/or work processing skills are helpful but not mandatory.

Good communication skills are very necessary.

Physical and Mental Abilities:

Have the ability to lift 4050 pounds

Be able to stoop and bend and reach fully above head

Possess acute and/or corrected visual and hearing capabilities

Possess manual dexterity

Possess average or better energy health and vitality

Position will require incumbent:

Work in a confined area with other employees

Regular attendance is an essential function.

Minimum Experience:

Have appropriate clerical or secretarial experience as required by supervisor
