WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build longlasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Average outpatient volume: 12 15 patients per day
Average inpatient consults: 0 4 consults per week
Shared call expectation
Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators
Potential outreach to surrounding locations
Common Diagnoses:
Type I Diabetes
Type II Diabetes
Insulin pumps
Continuous Glucose Monitoring
Primary Hyperparathyroidism
Hyperthyroidism Hypothyroidism
Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer
Hypogonadism
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
PituitaryAdrenal Disorders

Qualifications:
- Doctorate Required
- Physician License (DR/DO) Upon Hire Required and
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
