The Role
As a Procurement Contracts Specialist you will embed with multiple business units as their primary pointofcontact on the Procurement Team. Youll own the endtoend lifecycle of those teams procurements from intake to contract negotiation and operations. Youll work to establish durable relationships with these assigned business units to be able to credibly advise on procurement strategy and to ensure that all procurements follow company processes and procedures. Youll be part of a rapidlyevolving and highpaced function and expected to be nimble versatile creative adaptable and customerservice oriented.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend contract lifecycle for all supplierrelated contracts and other artifacts for assigned business units
- Embed and establish rapport with business units to be able to effectively advise on procurement strategy through data analysis
- Track measure report and evaluate vendor performance in the context of existing contractual obligations
- Conduct risk assessments of vendors to drive riskbased negotiation approach
- Act as a bridge between crossfunctional teams such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Accounting Legal Information Security and the various business departments to creatively resolve any blockers and push transactions through to completion
- Identify and support improvements to endtoend purchasing processes including supplier onboarding contracting and purchase order management
- Maintain program for ensuring companywide compliance with procurement policy
- Act autonomously in project management proactively pushing projects towards successful completion

What We Require
- 35 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience preferably in a rapidly growing and/or evolving environment
- Experience working with purchasing systems like Coupa
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel
- Ability to travel at least 25 of your time
- Willingness and ability to be in office up to 35 days per week
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $95000 $135000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units signon bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individuals relevant qualifications work experience skills and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential signon bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any longterm incentives.
