Description of the Role:

As a Genesis Express Tech at Genesis of St. Charles in Peters Missouri you will be responsible for offering outstanding customer service and technical support to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Genesis vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Provide technical support to customers and dealership staff
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any issues or potential problems
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues
• Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a certified automotive technician or similar role
• Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
