Job description Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels Preparing shortterm and longterm sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.
- Should act as a bridge between the company and its set of customers.
- Manage Resellers and Enterprise & Corporate customers
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Quote & Followup on the leads & enquiries Generated of Existing Corporate Customers its key Decision makers. And other new customer engagements.
- Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback .
- Managing presales to postsales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Required Experience Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of 2 to 3 years or more in handling Customer calls with Excellent Communication in English and other local Indian languages.
- Freshers may be considered for junior roles.
- Any Degree / Diploma / Degree is important with ability to Multitask & to solve problems
- Flair and interest to Absorb Technology and respond Quickly to Customer needs
