Physiatrist (PM&R) Physician opportunity in Pleasant Gap Area PA (Inpatient)
Wonderful opportunity to work collaboratively with primary care physicians advanced practice clinicians physical and occupational therapists to enhance each patients stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life. The role of the physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist is key in the growth and quality of care a patient receives.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible fulltime 5 day/week schedule
- Inpatient rehab facility setting
- Oncall during the day Monday through Friday
- Conduct consultation visits on high complexity acute rehab patients

Qualifications:
- Board eligible/board certified PM&R physician physiatrist (preferred)
- Board certified internal medicine (IM)/family medicine (FM) physician with acute rehabilitation experience
- An active Pennsylvania license
This facility is a 46bed inpatient rehab facility specializing in bariatric pulmonary neurological stroke orthopedic and spinal cord rehab.
