Job Summary:
Eustis Engineering seeks an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Houston Texas. This role requires a motivated leader with strong technical expertise business development skills and a commitment to delivering highquality engineering solutions. The Branch Manager will oversee daytoday operations manage project develop client relationships and drive business growth while ensuring operational efficiency and technical excellence. Additionally the Branch Manager will oversee geotechnical projects in the office and field construction materials testing services laboratory services marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Houston branch including overseeing geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and profitability in the Houston area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients industry partners and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure technical excellence and quality control in all geotechnical engineering services provided.
- Manage branch financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control.
- Hire train and mentor a highperforming team of engineers project managers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align branch objectives with overall company goals.
- Oversee and manage construction materials testing services to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise and maintain the laboratory ensuring accurate and reliable testing procedures.
- Oversee all geotechnical field work ensuring adherence to best practices and safety regulations.
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote company services and expand business opportunities.
- Drive business development efforts including client acquisition and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E. license in Texas or ability to obtain licensure within six months.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in business development project management and team leadership.
- Strong technical background in geotechnical investigations foundation design soil mechanics and related engineering practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
